NO REFUND POLICY

ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Personal emergencies or illness

• Travel difficulties or cancellations

• Weather conditions

• Changes to lineup or schedule

• Failure to meet age requirements

• Violation of festival rules resulting in ejection

TICKET TRANSFER & RESALE RESTRICTIONS

Authorized Transfers

• Tickets may only be transferred through our official ticketing platform

• Transfer fees may apply

• Both parties must have valid accounts on the ticketing platform

• Original purchaser remains responsible for transferred ticket compliance

Prohibited Activities

• Unauthorized resale of tickets is strictly prohibited

• Scalping or price gouging will result in ticket cancellation

• Fraudulent transfers will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law

• Commercial resale platforms are not authorized

Consequences

Violation of transfer/resale restrictions may result in:

• Immediate ticket cancellation without refund

• Denial of entry to the festival

• Legal action for damages

EVENT CANCELLATION TERMS

Festival-Initiated Cancellation

If we cancel the festival, refunds will be provided as follows:

Total Cancellation:

• Full refund of ticket price (minus processing fees)

• Refunds processed within 30 business days

• Refunds issued to original payment method

Partial Cancellation/Modification:

• No refunds for lineup changes, schedule modifications, or reduced programming

• No refunds for shortened event duration due to weather or other circumstances

• Credit toward future events may be offered at our discretion

Weather-Related Cancellations

• Festival proceeds rain or shine

• No refunds for weather-related inconveniences

• Event may be modified or shortened due to severe weather

• Safety-related cancellations follow the same refund policy as total cancellations

FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for cancellation, delay, or modification due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

Covered Events

• Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, severe storms)

• Government actions (emergency orders, permit revocations, law changes)

• Public health emergencies (pandemics, disease outbreaks)

• Labor disputes (strikes, work stoppages)

• Venue issues (fire, structural damage, utility failures)

• Acts of terrorism or civil unrest

• Artist cancellations due to illness, emergency, or force majeure

Force Majeure Remedies

In case of force majeure events:

• Postponement: Event may be rescheduled, tickets valid for new date

• Cancellation: Refunds provided minus non-recoverable costs

• Modification: Event may proceed with changes, no refunds provided

• Credit: Future event credit may be offered in lieu of refunds

Notice Requirements

We will provide notice of cancellation or significant changes via:

• Email to ticket purchasers

• Website announcements

• Social media updates

• Local media when appropriate

LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

Our maximum liability for any event cancellation or modification is limited to the face value of the ticket. We are not responsible for:

• Travel expenses or accommodations

• Lost wages or opportunity costs

• Consequential or incidental damages

• Emotional distress or inconvenience

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

All disputes related to ticket sales, refunds, or cancellations will be resolved through:

• Governing Law: Missouri state law

• Jurisdiction: Courts of Jefferson County, Missouri

• Limitation Period: Claims must be filed within one year of the event date

SEARCH: Holder consents to security screening and bag search. Prohibited items will be confiscated. RECORDING: Holder consents to being photographed/recorded for promotional use. Personal cameras permitted; professional equipment prohibited.

CONDUCT: Subject to venue rules and Missouri law. Disruptive behavior may result in ejection without refund. ENTRY: Ticket does not guarantee entry. Management reserves right to refuse admission.
